PAYMENT SCHEDULE

LESSON RATE & REGISTERATION FEE
All payments are due on a monthly basis. Monthly fees are charged based on the following rates and vary according to the number of lesson days in each month:
Regular lesson rate:
30 minute private lessons – $50.00 - 60.00 per lesson.
45 minute private lessons – $72.00 - 82.00 per lesson.
60 minute private lessons – $95.00 - 105.00 per lesson.

Annual Registration Fee:
The annual registration fee is $32 per family, with no additional fee for extra students within the same family. This non-refundable fee will be automatically added to the first bill of each academic year.
*Bi-weekly lessons and flexible lesson packages for adult learners provide flexibility and may be priced differently from regular lessons. Contact us for more details.

STUDENT RECITAL
We host two recitals (December and May) each academic year for all students of the studio to showcase their progress. There is a $40 recital fee per student to cover the costs of venue rental, event insurance, concert program and other miscellaneous expenses.

STUDIO SCHEDULE
Lessons are scheduled weekly(except holiday*) from September to June (Summer session are flexible#), allowing our teachers to work with you to develop your musical skills and build a meaningful relationship.
We welcome students to sign up at any time, subject to availability.

FALL/WINTER SESSION (September 1 - December 20.)

Winter Break: Monday, December 21 - Friday, January 1.
Lessons resume Saturday, January 4
WINTER/SPRING SESSION (January 4 - June 30)

Family Day - Monday, February 15
March Break: Monday, March 15 - Friday, March 19
Good Friday -March 26
Easter Monday - March 29
Victoria Day-Monday, May 24
SUMMER SESSION: (July 2 & August 31)

PAYMENT METHODS
1. We accept e-transfer, Pre-authorized debit (PAD) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Amex). A 2.5% connivence fee will be added if you pay with credit cards.
2. Payment is due on the 1st day of each month for the lessons in that month.
3. Payment is required for each week within a given session, excluding statutory holidays and most additional public school holidays*.
4. A student's private lesson slot is not assured if they are absent for more than two consecutive weeks.
5. Additionally, lessons or classes may be paused if payments are not received promptly.
